Contactless Delivery Policy
All deliveries are scheduled within a specific three-hour window, no exceptions. Mr. Greentrees neither offers nor guarantees specific delivery times regardless of requests.
In the event a delivery will be late for any reason, customers will be notified in advance by Mr. Greentrees staff and every effort to deliver the items as quickly as possible will be made.
Mr. Greentrees will not be held responsible for the quality of any perishable items delivered and left unattended in instances where customers have indicated they will not be home to receive delivery and have given authorization for the items to be left at their residence or business. In the event that a customer has so authorized the release of their items, all effective guarantees and warranties both implied and express shall be considered void.
If a customer is not home at the time of delivery and Mr. Greentrees is unable to reach them to either authorize delivery release or receive further instructions, the delivery will be returned to the Mr. Greentrees lot pending rescheduling. Depending on the circumstances surrounding such an instance, additional fees may be assessed and required for redelivery.
Mr. Greentrees will never leave a delivery completely unattended without express permission from the customer—even if said delivery is contactless.
Due to the pandemic, we are assuming all deliveries will be contactless unless otherwise noted. Our policies regarding merchandise guarantees during unattended deliveries still hold firm, however. We strongly suggest that someone be at home to receive the delivery even if our team does not remain to help with installation, specifically to ensure your trees and other fresh merchandise are cared for as quickly as possible.
All applicable portions of the return policy will be regarded as part of delivery policy, no exceptions.
