Non-perishable items (ornaments, decorations, etc.) can be returned within 7 days of purchase or by the end of the season, whichever is sooner, with a printed receipt or the last four digits of the credit card used for the transaction.
Returns will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase. We are not able to offer cash returns for credit card purchases.
All of our fresh merchandise, including trees and wreaths, is perishable and requires proper care. We do not assume responsibility for how they are handled once they have left our custody. As such, quality issues will be resolved on a case-by-case basis and must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of your receipt of the fresh merchandise.
In order to address quality issues, any customer requesting a refund or exchange on fresh merchandise guarantees:
- All fresh merchandise was given proper care in the manner outlined by our staff and/or website.
- Trees have not been without water for any amount of time longer than the drive home (if the customer did not have the tree delivered) since being in the customer’s possession.
If we determine the poor quality of your fresh merchandise is due to an error or issue on our part, we will offer either an exchange or partial refund on the affected items depending on the issue.
If you discover you are unsatisfied with the quality of your fresh merchandise after 48 hours, we are unable to consider any form of resolution, but are happy to talk you through ways that you may prolong the life of your product.
In certain cases where an issue can be corrected, we will send a team to your home to fix the problem instead of providing a refund.
We cannot offer refunds for items whose quality has been affected by improper care or that were not brought to us within the 48-hour window. We may, in some instances, offer a replacement item at a reduced price on a case-by-case basis.
