Merchandise returns are accepted within 15 calendar days of receiving your item(s), provided they are in their new, unused condition when they are returned. We do not accept merchandise returns after 15 calendar days. Return policy does NOT apply to fresh or perishable merchandise, activity tickets, or admissions.

We do not offer return shipping. Original shipping costs are not refunded with returned items.

It may take up to 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once the items are received at our office.

Funds will not be returned to your account until product is received and found to be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.

All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
